Isaiah 65:17-25 describes a vision of a new creation where God promises to create new heavens and a new earth, where former hardships are forgotten and joy replaces sorrow. In this new world, there will be no more suffering, and all creatures will coexist peacefully—the wolf and the lamb will feed together. People will build and inhabit their own homes, plant their own crops, and live long, productive lives without fear of their labor being in vain.
